Three One Pound Varietal Honey

Three one pound glass jars of our most popular varieties of honey collected here in Indiana.  Wildflower honey is collected throughout the summer and harvested in August.  Black Locust Honey that is the mid-Wests finest honey.   Elderberry honey is honey that we collect pollinating an Elderberry Plantation throughout the summer bloom.  Many people claim to smell Elderberry flowers when they taste it.  To me it is a nice light honey, similar to clover.
