Three One Pound Varietal Honey

Three one pound glass jars of our most popular varieties of honey collected here in Indiana.  Black Locust honey is light and almost clear in color.  It is collected in the spring from the Locust blossoms in May.  Tulip Poplar honey is a reddish honey collected from our nectar from our state tree in the month of June.  Elderberry honey is honey that we collect pollinating an Elderberry Plantation throughout the summer bloom.  Many people claim to smell Elderberry flowers when they taste it.  To me it is a nice light honey, similar to clover.
