8oz Honey Bear of honey collected pollinating an Elderberry Plantation here in central Indiana. Elderberries flower throughout the summer. In August, we collect a light floral honey that have (some claim) a reminder of the elderberry flower. It is a really nice light honey. See for yourself if you can smell the elderberry flower when you taste it. Honey dipper not included.
